K4 Properties Review

Kyle and Kevin are the dynamic duo of the real estate world. We were relocating to the Bay Area, had met Kyle about 9 months before the move while visiting an open house during a visit to SF. He was super approachable and helpful, despite knowing we were not able to buy the house in which he was hosting the open house. He stayed in touch with us the entire time and hooked us up to their site so we could watch and learn about the market from our home.

When we were ready to seriously find a place, Kyle and Kevin worked overtime to get us into see as many places as possible over a few short days. We found an amazing place, and they really helped us work out some of the unique details. They also continue to follow up with us, which is really great.

Herth Real Estate Review

Christopher Dallas was an incredible negotiator for me; in a complex real estate market such as SF, he is able to bypass the "noise" and cut to the chase on what issues you should be focusing on at what phase of the deal. He truly cares about his clients and works tirelessly to serve their interests. In addition, the Herth team - in my case, Larry Stebbins and Mike Shaw - stepped in whenever needed to ensure my service needs were always met. I'm giving this 4 stars because I did a lot of legwork to find my actual property, but once I identified it, the team was exceptional in servicing me as a SF client!

Amy Clemens Review

Amy was great to my boyfriend and I. As first-time homebuyers she lead us through the process at a pace that was comfortable for both of us and put in extra time to learn the details of our very complicated renovation loan. She gave us daily updates during our escrow process and even negotiated a home warranty and earthquake insurance for us on the back end. She truly had our best interests in mind. Although she must have been juggling multiple projects, some worth millions, she made us feel like our tiny cottage was her first priority. She was honest, understanding and made sure we were making informed decisions and aside from that, she was super fun to hang out with too!

I highly recommend Ron as a real estate agent. If you work with Ron, you will get first-class customer service, the utmost integrity and savvy business advice. I met Ron socially through some SF friends a few years ago, and when it came time to link up with a real estate agent, he was the first person I thought of. I knew Ron to be a good guy: friendly, optimistic and thoughtful. What I didn't know was how serious he was about being a first class real estate agent.  He impressed on me from the beginning that he would be diligent, patient and above all conscientious. I never had to worry about whose side Ron was on in my dealings. I always knew he was on mine. Brownstone Real Estate Review

Jamie Fedorko found us a great place! He was lovely to work with and really worked his hard to get us into the apartment we finally found and loved, all at the rent we were looking to pay. We had a dog and a cat to place, which was no small feat, in November. I dealt with a lot of realtors during my search and I was so happy that Jamie was able to find a place for us. He listened to everything we wanted and was also hilarious and knew a lot about the neighborhood. The rest of the staff at Brownstone was great, it felt like you were dealing with people who cared about finding you a place that worked for you. They were never pushy and really knowledgeable!
